Creative Marketing
49Should you use Facebook to promote your blog?
I am still using Facebook, not as often as before, but I am still using it almost every single day. I get some message, I check up on my friends to see what they are doing and I find it interesting just to stay updated.
Now there are ways to promote your blog at Facebook. For instance, there is an application called WordBook (for wordpress users). If you install it you can display your latest feeds to all your friends inside Facebook.
But should you really do that?
I haven't done it, and the reason for that is that I am not sure if my friends would find the blog that I am writing of any interest. And I guess I want to keep it a secret as well, it's a lot more interesting to write if you know that your friends and family is not watching over your back.

- My First Client – I Am the Proudest Man Alive
You might have noticed that I am starting my own business. I’m both excited, and at the same time, I’m a little nervous. It was a hard decision. But it was the right decision. I will keep blogging and I’ll keep writing fiction, and I’m not giving up when it comes to finishing my first [...] - 2 days ago
- Productivity Tips for Ordinary People
Productivity isn’t just about time management. I just wanted to start out by saying that productivity is about so much more, and to me, productivity is mostly about having fun, while focusing on the most important things in life (or at work, as I’m explaining in this post). I am always juggling tasks, and a [...] - 5 days ago
- 20 Minutes of Writing
The hole in the wall was just big enough for my eye. I peeked, but I couldn’t see a thing. Thomas told me to keep looking. Just wait, he said, he’ll show up eventually. The room inside had a bluish color, it reminded me of my grandma’s hair. Did you hear that sound? Thomas whispered [...] - 8 days ago

I haven’t started yet, but mark my words I am going to get started very soon, and before you know it you’ll be seeing me everywhere. That’s mostly because I believe guest posts is an awesome way to [...] - 2 weeks ago
Why are successful people still creating new products?
I was just wondering. Because today I received a promotion regarding a brand new product, it will launch in 19 days or so, and the creator is the $1 million affiliate.
Why would a guy like the $1 million affiliate create another product? If I had made more than $1 million, I would probably be on a beach somewhere, and not be creating new products (that might be because I am living in Norway, and I am already freezing..).
If I was as successful as the $1 million affiliate, I might actually still be creating new products. The reason for this is:
- I have been working so hard to become successful and it`s hard to stop
- I just want to share all my new ideas with the world, or
- I am obsessed with earning more money
Well, I am not sure what I would do, and I will probably never know :-)
Thoughts about StumbleUpon and Traffic
I have recently been cought spamming at StumbleUpon. What I have done is that I have "voted" on my own posts too many times. After a while I only got a blank page when I "voted". This I read somewhere, means that I don`t get to submit my own posts to StumbleUpon anymore.
But according to a few of my readers, I should start to vote on more of the members at StumbleUpon and add more members as friends. If I do that, my own posts will get a higher value and will not be spam anymore.
I have started testing it...
But would it be allowed at StumbleUpon if I created more than one accound and started to use the various accounts to vote on my own posts again? I haven`t tried it, but it`s an interesting thought.
