My favorite book is still the first one I read

I must admit that the favorite book by one of my favorite authors is still the first one that I read. I remember as if it was yesterday. It was during my summer job at the local library that I found The Bone Collector.

I read it during a week, I think it was the fastest I have ever read a book of that size. It was a real page-turner. It was scary and it had a really good story about some interesting people / characters, and the twist to the story was so fascinating.

Everytime some of my friends ask me what book to start with, I tell them to do just like I did (it was pure luck I guess). Start with The Bone Collector, even though this was not Jeffery Deaver`s first book, it`s a great way to start.

If you like suspense, I can`t think of a better way to start reading his books. And believe me, you won`t stop... I have just bought his latest one "The Sleeping Doll".
